Pornography is overwhelmingly prevalent today, among young and old, as well as men and women. It’s a new reality that needs to be faced head on.
Scientific evidence has shown that pornography produces the same chemical reaction as heroin, and thus needs to be treated as seriously as other addictions. Even the secular media is calling attention to this destructive behavior, and the church should continue to as well.
There is Hope!
If you have experienced sexual wounds in the past, there is help. If you think you may have an addiction, you should seek competent psychological counseling that embraces the full truth of our sexuality as taught by the Church.
